  • Only the Galleries Director and the front desk are to have keys to the Display cases.
  • These keys cannot be check-out.
  • Anytime a Display case is not locked the Galleries Director or the front desk should be notified immediately!

PART FOUR: Lighting.

  • The Lighting Tech will light the Display cases on Sunday night after 5pm when they are done with lighting Harry Wood Gallery.
  • Students and Instructors are not to adjust the lighting in the 3-D Display cases on their own. They require a tiny allen wrench and if they are adjusted by hand it will strip the joint of it’s ability to hold position and maintain light on an artwork.
  •  Do not adjust the lights yourself for any reason!
